Happy Friday! Here’s your tip!
When cutting pattern pieces, keep the cutting line to the left of the scissors.
If you’re left handed and have scissors to match, keep the line on the right.
I know this seems very simple, but I’ve seen people cut the other way. It’s more awkward and the line won’t be as clean. This goes for a rotary cutter as well — keep the straight edge to the left of the cutting line and the blade to the right.
